This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services provided by Asheus Branding Agency (“we”, “our”, or “the Agency”) to clients (“you” or “the Client”) under any agreement or contract. By engaging with us for branding services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy, which clarifies our stance on refunds, partial refunds, and the allocation of resources in the context of our work.

At Asheus, we specialize in providing highly customized branding services, including but not limited to brand strategy development, visual identity design, logo creation, marketing collateral, website design, and other related services (collectively referred to as “Services”). Our work is inherently creative, collaborative, and involves significant allocation of time, talent, and resources, which are personalized to meet the specific needs and goals of each Client.
Due to the highly customized and time-intensive nature of our work, as well as the allocation of specialized resources, the Services provided by our Agency are non-returnable once the engagement has commenced, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Given the bespoke nature of our work, once we begin the process of designing, developing, and delivering your branding services, the work is considered non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:
Once any portion of our services has been delivered, or any resource has been allocated specifically to your project, it is considered consumed, and as such, no refunds or returns will be issued for work that has already been initiated or completed.

We understand that in certain situations, you may wish to request a refund if certain services or deliverables have not been fully delivered or completed to your satisfaction. As such, partial refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
If we have not yet delivered any portion of the contracted services (i.e., we have not yet completed or delivered the final branding materials, strategy documents, or other agreed-upon deliverables), you may be entitled to a partial refund, provided that the work has not been completed or delivered as per the agreed schedule.
Refund eligibility will be determined based on the following:
Refund requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe in relation to the progress of the project. Once the project reaches certain milestones or completion points (e.g., final approval of design concepts or completion of a brand strategy session), the likelihood of a refund diminishes. Requests for refunds made after significant portions of the project have been completed will be subject to a reduced refund amount, if eligible.

Once the agreed-upon deliverables have been completed and delivered, no refunds will be provided. Completed deliverables are defined as:
If the Client expresses dissatisfaction with any of the completed work, our policy does not entitle them to a refund. However, we may offer to revise certain elements within the scope of the contract (such as design revisions or further refinement of strategy) as part of our ongoing commitment to Client satisfaction.

In the event that the Client chooses to cancel the project before its completion, a partial refund may be issued, provided that no substantial work has been completed. The amount refunded will be determined by:
If the cancellation occurs after substantial work has been done (such as the delivery of initial concepts or completed strategic work), no refund will be issued, though we may offer an alternative resolution such as a reduced scope of services or credit toward future work.

While we strive to meet deadlines and deliver services in a timely manner, we do not offer refunds or compensation for delays unless explicitly stated in the signed agreement. In the case of unavoidable delays (e.g., force majeure, client-side delays, or unforeseen external factors), we will work with you to adjust the timeline as needed, but these delays do not trigger refund eligibility.

To request a refund (either full or partial), Clients must submit a written request to Asheus with the following details:
Once your refund request is received, the Agency will review the request and respond within 5 business days. If a refund is deemed appropriate, the Agency will issue the refund within 30 business days of approval, based on the terms outlined above.

The final decision on any refund request rests with Asheus. Refunds are discretionary and based on the principles outlined above, taking into consideration the nature of the services rendered, the stage of the project, and the specific circumstances of the Client.
